My internship responsibilities were shadowing managers, overseeing the associates in a certain department, and my internship project which was based on creating a new process to improve operations.

The interview portion for the internship occurred at the same time as my pledge process, and the constant engagment in one-on-ones helped to grow my familiarity of interacting with others from a virtual standpoint.

FAVORITE THING ABOUT YOUR INTERNSHIP?

I enjoyed learning the typical responsibilities of an Area Manager at an Amazon warehouse.

Aside from working with a great mentor and supportive intern buddies, I had the opportunity of creating a project, completely different from my major, and rolling it out as part of an SOP for the department I worked in.
