What do you do on a day-to-day basis?
I was in charge of updating the company’s knowledge articles, categorizing them with keywords which would create a content hub across all their services on the website. I also was responsible for writing social copy and updating blogs serving as customer resources
How did you get your internship?
I found my internship through LinkedIn and it also happened to be where my big worked.
How has your Alpha Kappa Psi experience helped you in your internship?
Helped me strengthen my resume and prepared me for the interview questions. I felt well prepared and did the research to feel confident in my answers.
Favorite thing about your internship?
I loved the culture or working and winning as a team. There were many chances to network and share the wealth of knowledge from the higher up employees to other interns.
What are your takeaways from your internship? What has it taught you?
Consider your company’s values and missions. Ensuring that the company truly embodies their values and does their best to show that to their customers I found to be very important. Also, take advantage of your time at the company. Meet new people, have coffee chats, and ask people to give you projects to work on
